What files do you accept for printing?
PNG (transparent), PSD, AI, PDF (vector). Use sRGB, 300 DPI at print size, text outlined, and colors embedded. We’ll add the white underbase and optimize for DTF.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For DTF transfers, 12 MOQ—order from 1 sheet. For finished apparel, MOQ usually starts at 12+ pieces per design/color/garment size run.
Can you print on dark garments and polyester?
Yes. Our CMYK+White DTF process covers cotton, blends, and polyester—including dark colors—while keeping edges clean and colors vivid.
What is the typical turnaround time?
DTF transfers: 1–3 business days after file approval. Finished apparel: 3–7 business days depending on quantity. Rush service available on request.
Do you offer print-on-demand and dropshipping?
Yes. We can print, pack, and ship under your brand with tracking. No inventory required—ideal for creators, test drops, and online stores.
Recommended heat-press settings for your transfers?
Common settings: 150–160 °C (302–320 °F), 10–15 sec, medium pressure. Peel depends on film (hot/cold). Post-press 5–10 sec for best durability. Always test on your blanks.
How do you ensure color accuracy and consistency?
RIP/ICC-profiled workflow, calibrated monitors, and controlled curing/pressing. Provide mockups or Pantone targets; we’ll match as closely as the process allows.
Do you provide samples and what’s your reprint policy?
Sample sheets/packs are available. If there’s a production defect or wrong item, report within 7 days with photos—we’ll reprint or credit after review. Low-res/wrong files aren’t covered.
